Booking and Payment

A minimum 30% advance must be paid before the trip to process the booking.
The remaining balance must be settled during check-in or before using the confirmed services.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment verification and written confirmation from BookRaho.
Any token amount or booking-hold amount paid to start or reserve a trip is non-refundable as cash if the customer cancels, postpones, does not proceed with the plan, or does not travel for any reason. Where applicable, BookRaho may allow the usable token balance as travel credit for a future BookRaho trip, subject to supplier deductions, availability, and written confirmation.
Partial payment promises, end-of-trip payment requests, or delayed balance payments are not accepted unless BookRaho confirms it in writing.
Package price can change if dates, travellers, rooms, vehicles, or inclusions change.

Stays are confirmed only after payment, partner availability confirmation, and BookRaho confirmation.
In rare cases, confirmed stays may need to change due to water issues, electrical issues, maintenance, safety concerns, government restrictions, natural issues, or other unintentional partner-side problems.
If such a change is required, BookRaho will inform the customer and share suitable alternative stay options based on availability and package category.
A suitable alternative does not mean the exact same property, room view, layout, brand, or location will always be available.

Hotels, rooms, cabs, and drivers are subject to partner availability.
Partner check-in, check-out, food, child, and house rules apply.
Equivalent alternatives may be suggested if a service becomes unavailable.
Cab waiting time, route changes, extra pickup/drop points, late-night travel, parking, permit, toll, and additional usage may be chargeable if not included in the written quotation.

Itineraries are planned in good faith, but actual coverage depends on traffic, weather, crowd, road condition, local rules, parking availability, customer reporting time, and destination operating hours.
If a place cannot be covered due to traffic, road closure, weather, peak-season crowd, late start, or government/local restrictions, it will not automatically qualify for a refund.
BookRaho or the driver may suggest alternate timing, route, or nearby options wherever practical.
Customers must start on time and cooperate with the suggested schedule to cover the planned places.

Food service, restaurant timing, hotel dining, breakfast, dinner, and room service depend on the stay/restaurant partner.
During peak season, weekends, holidays, heavy crowd, rain, staff shortage, or kitchen load, food or service may be delayed.
Food delay from a partner does not permit customers to refuse payment for the trip or stay.
BookRaho will coordinate with the partner for support, but exact food timing is controlled by the service provider.

The package price covers only the services and limits written in the final BookRaho quotation or invoice.
Any extra service requested, authorised, or used by the customer must be paid by the customer, either directly to the service provider or through BookRaho as communicated.
Extra expenses may include food beyond the selected meal plan, room service, minibar items, additional guests or rooms, upgrades, activities, entry tickets, and personal purchases.
Cab costs beyond the confirmed plan—including additional distance or hours, route changes, unscheduled stops, extra pickup/drop points, waiting time, tolls, parking, permits, and late-night usage—are payable separately when not included in writing.
BookRaho is not responsible for funding or reimbursing optional or additional expenses incurred outside the confirmed package unless BookRaho approved them in writing beforehand.
If a customer refuses to pay a verified extra charge after requesting, authorising, or using the service, the provider may stop that extra service and BookRaho may pause affected, unused services and seek recovery of the lawful outstanding amount. This does not limit any rights available to the customer under applicable law.

Change requests may affect the final price.
Cancellation charges depend on hotel, cab, activity, and vendor policies.
Refunds, if applicable, follow partner and payment gateway timelines.
Token amounts are not refunded as cash after cancellation or non-confirmation by the customer; eligible unused token value may be carried forward as BookRaho travel credit for a later trip, only when confirmed by BookRaho in writing.
No refund is guaranteed for unused services caused by customer delay, late arrival, change of mind, skipped sightseeing, missed meals, or refusal to use a suitable alternative.

Customers must carry valid ID proof and required travel documents.
Weather, traffic, road closures, and government rules may affect the itinerary.
Personal expenses and unlisted services are not included.
Customers must behave respectfully with stay partners, drivers, local staff, and BookRaho team members.

If the balance payment is not settled during check-in as communicated, BookRaho may hold further services, vouchers, cab continuation, or support until payment is cleared.
Customers cannot demand to pay only after the full trip unless BookRaho has approved that arrangement in writing before the trip.
Refusing to pay after using confirmed services may lead to cancellation of remaining services and recovery action for pending dues.
