4. Travel Insurance: BookRaho offers travel insurance for all bookings. Please review the insurance policy for details.
5. Limitation of Liability: BookRaho is not liable for any mistakes or issues arising from the client’s end during travel.
6. Role of BookRaho: BookRaho acts solely as a mediator between the customer and the hotel. We facilitate the booking process but are not responsible for the quality or service of third-party providers.
7. Proper Use of Service: Customers are required to use our services for legitimate purposes only. Any misuse, including the use of offensive language or inappropriate behavior, will result in termination of service and possible legal action.
8. Privacy Policy: Your personal data is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data without consent.
9. Amendments: BookRaho reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
10. Tour Package Inclusions: All tour packages include only the items specified in the itinerary. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.
11. Changes to Itinerary: BookRaho reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or natural disasters.
12. Responsibility of the Traveler: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccinations.
13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
14. Payment of Advance: By paying the advance amount, customers acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined by BookRaho under Ziawin AI Pvt Ltd.
15. Force Majeure: BookRaho is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or travel restrictions.
16. Third-Party Services: BookRaho partners with third-party service providers for accommodation, transportation, and other services. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these providers.
